The name Le Gemme Nylaia is inspired by the Sanskrit word "Nila", meaning blue: a tribute to the many facets of the beautiful sapphire.

Top notes are Peach, Pink Pepper, Hedione, and Bergamot. Middle notes are iris and Jasmine Sambac. Base notes are Siam Benzoin, Orris, Vanilla, Ambergris, White Musk, Amberwood, Ambrette (Musk Mallow), Iso E Super, and Sandalwood.
