Here at Fragrances Line, we specialize in offering Samples & Decants of Niche Perfumes. Our hand-decanted samples of niche fragrances are decanted from 100% authentic products only. All fragrances are legit as can be and what they are. The original perfume bottles on the main pictures are for references and exhibit the original bottles from where perfumes are decanted into new sterile small vials.
At FragrancesLine.com, recognize the importance of quality assurance of our products. FragrancesLine.com only provides products of the highest authenticity from extremely trusted distributors and suppliers, and strictly refrains from supplying counterfeit merchandise. Every item is examined and audited carefully by FragrancesLine.com expert staffs at the time of shipment arrival, and shipment of product to customers.
Fragrances can vary from batch to batch and region to region. Manufacturers change their ingredients every year and that may cause a slight change in color or scent of the perfume. Please, note we have no control on the production, we only make sure the item is 100% authentic and genuine.
Refunds & Returns
We absolutely guarantee the authenticity of all our products, but unfortunately, we can not guarantee that you will like them, you may even hate them. Therefore, once you have opened the product and used it, it can not be returned for a refund.
Since we make samples/decants individually to order and decanted samples can not be returned to their original bottles (it is impossible and not hygienically) therefore we don't accept returns and do not offer refunds. All sales are final. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
We carefully wrap all packages to purchase arrive safely. But, things may happen during shipping. If you get broken or leaked product, please snap a picture/s and email that to us. Upon receipt picture/s we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
The perfume is subjective. The tastes are different. The longevity and odor of fragrance depends on the skin type and body chemistry. If you did not like how the perfume smells on you, it doesn't not mean that something is wrong with it. It may mean that it doesn't not suit well with your body chemistre or skin type. That is why testing samples is the best way to find out the fragrance which smells well on you.

Exchanges for damaged or defective products
We accept the exchange, for items damaged in transit.
A damaged item is considered to be a broken product that is unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, leaked, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc.
FragrancesLine.com requires further evidence of the customer’s damaged item as pictures, videos, etc.
Order issues for damaged or defective products must be reported 5 days after the “delivery date”.
To be eligible for exchange, you must first email us within 3 days of receiving a product at firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Order cancellation process / Changing an order
If you changed your mind and decide to cancel an order or decided to make a change to your order, you should inform us about it within 24 hours after an "order placement time". Otherwise, we can't cancel an order even if it has not been shipped yet, because an order is sent to a fulfillment department after 24 hours, and depending on the volume of orders they do their best to speed up an order processing time.
Misdelivered, Lost, Stolen Packages or Stolen Item/s from a Package
Fragrances Line is not responsible for stolen item/s from delivered package, lost, stolen or misdelivered package confirmed to be delivered by USPS (or other Shipping Services) to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Fragrances Line will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Fragrances Line works by tracking number which is proof of delivery for vendors.
Only the shipping carrier is responsible for delivering of a package to the correct address and Fragrances Line can not be responsible for their mistake if a customer says they didn't receive the purchased product.
Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are considered by FragrancesLine.com as stolen and must be filed 3 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 5 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.
At our discretion, FragrancesLine.com requires evidence of a police report when the customer’s package is marked as delivered but to be stolen, or the customer’s package is marked as delivered but item/s stolen from a package and there is an obvious sign for that like a torn box, opened box, etc.
Customer files the police report and includes an explanation that a package or item/s has been stolen. To process the order issue with FragrancesLine.com, FragrancesLine.com is requiring a police report. We only need you to send us a copy of the full police report PDF and a case number and phone number of the precinct that you filed at.
Upon request, FragrancesLine.com can require additional documentation (e.g. proof of identity, address, etc.).
Note: Depending upon the jurisdiction, a false police report may be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony.
We will have shipped to an address which will be provided to us. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
Sometimes we contact our customers to confirm the correctness of the address ourselves when we founded information to be incorrect or incomplete. Please response us as soon as possible we just want to make sure that the address is correct, and the package will be delivered exactly to you.
We will ship worldwide unless your country rules do not allow goods. (Please check first). We are not responsible for any foreign customs if applicable.
Please, be informed that your Country Law may require you to pay customs fees or duty taxes for your purchase. FragrancesLine.com is not responsible for customs fees or duty taxes of the customer's country therefore FragrancesLine.com should not have to pay customs fees or duty taxes instead of a customer. Customs fees or duty taxes are the responsibility of customers. Customers should have to pay for their customs fees or duty taxes themselves if their customer requires them.
Note: If for some reason customers refused to pay customs fees or duty taxes, then they can ask for refunds only after the goods are returned to our store. If everything is ok with goods after inspection FragrancesLine.com may issue a refund but deducts from the total amount the shipping cost and 15% restocking fee.

Late or Missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please, note it takes time before your refund/funds are posted or reflected on the account. A refund is posted to the original payment method which you used.
