Refunds & Returns
We absolutely guarantee the authenticity of all our products. All our perfumes are 100% authentic products directly taken from the manufacturer’s bottles and hand-decanted for customers. But unfortunately, we can not guarantee that you will like them, you may even hate them.
Please, note perfume is subjective. Tastes are different. Aroma and longevity depend on the skin type and body chemistry.
We have strict Policy for returns & refunds: we only accept returns for of "unopened" items. This means we do not accept returns if the outer packaging or box has been opened, no matter of circumstances.
Please, be advised that samples are intended for testing. Since we make samples/decants individually to order and decanted samples/fragrances can not be returned to their original bottles (it is impossible and not hygienical) therefore we don't accept returns and do not offer refunds. All sales are final. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
Please note due the international regulations, we are unable to accept returns on international orders.

Damaged or defective item
A damaged item is considered to be a broken product that is unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, leaked, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc.
FragrancesLine.com requires further evidence of the customer’s damaged item as pictures, videos, etc.
Order issues for damaged or defective products must be reported within 5 days after the “delivery date”. Please, contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
Deducting the shipping fee and restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price prior to issuing a Refund for returning packages
If any shipment is returned due to an error in the shipping address provided to us by a customer, because of missing data, because the forwarding service for this address is no longer valid, or a customer is no longer available at that address, and the post office can not forward package, or due to package not being claimed by the receiver, we will deduct shipping fee and restocking fee of 15% from the purchase price prior to issuing the refund.
- package is returned due to an error in the shipping address
- a customer did not provide apt/suite/unit number
- the forwarding service for this address is no longer valid
- a customer is no longer available at that address
- a customer refuses to pay Customs fees or Duty taxes
- a package not being claimed by the receiver
If a customer wants us to reship an order which is returned to us because of any reason stated above or any other reason that is not our store's fault, a customer should take care of the shipping cost.
Please, note. All Samples & Decants are fulfilled to the order by hand. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
