Shipping & Handling Time
Please, be advised that there is an order processing time that is separate from the shipping time.
An order processing time is currently 2-3 business days. Please, take this information into consideration when placing an order. Usually, an order processing time is 1-2 business days however because of the high volume of orders, sometimes we may experience brief delays in the fulfillment of orders. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS. However, if there is any delay expected for your order or an item or part of your order is currently not in stock, we will contact you through email and/or phone.
Sometimes due to the high volume of orders especially for Holidays and Sales your order may be shipped in 5-7 business days.
Delivery time is calculated from the time of order dispatch, not from the time the order was placed. Please, visit FAQ's to understand what an order processing time means.
Once your order will be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. To avoid missing of order confirmation email, please, make sure you entered a correct email address.
Post Offices are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Please, don't count these days as business days.

Receive Free Shipping on all perfume samples, on all orders over $99.99 Decanting supplies are excluded. Your order must be over $99.99 dollars after taxes or any promotional discount in order to receive free shipping. This promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases.
The cost for shipping starts at $4.99 USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days) and $9.99 USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days) for orders in the United States. FedEx Ground is $14.99. Any damage to the package done by the carrier is not our responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays in the shipment of your order if the billing/shipping information is not correct or if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address.
The delivery process totally depends on the Shipping Carrier. We can not affect or speed up the delivery process. Unexpected delay may happen during the shipping process especially for Holidays or due to the high volume of shipments at the Post Office. Please, take it into consideration.
We will ship worldwide unless your country rules do not allow goods. (Please check first). We are not responsible for any foreign customs if applicable.
A minimum purchase amount for International order is $50 excluding shipping cost. Except for Canadian customers. All International orders below this amount will be canceled. All we can do is wait for a few days if you wish to add any additional items to your order.

The shipping price for FedEx International and UPS Worldwide Expedited sets automatically and depends on your country.

Also, please note that you might have to pay customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your Fragrances Line invoice. Any damage to the package done by customs or the carrier is not our responsibility.
Note: Post Office advises customers to expect delays in delivering international mail due to suspension of services, flight cancellations, airport shutdowns, and implementation of preventative measures to reduce the risk of spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Custom Fees or Duty Taxes for International orders are responsibility of customers
Please, be informed that your Country Law may require you to pay Customs fees or Duty taxes for your purchase. FragrancesLine.com is not responsible for customs fees or duty taxes of the customer's country therefore FragrancesLine.com should not have to pay customs fees or duty taxes instead of a customer. Customs fees or duty taxes are the responsibility of customers. Customers should have to pay for their customs fees or duty taxes themselves if their customer requires them.
Note: If for some reason customers refused to pay Customs fees or Duty taxes, then they can ask for refunds after the goods are returned to our store only. If everything is ok with goods after inspection FragrancesLine.com may issue a refund but the Shipping cost (that customer paid) , Return shipping cost (that the shipping carrier is charged for Returning a package) and 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount because it is not the FragrancesLine.com fault that the customer refuses to pay for Customs fees or Duty taxes. FragrancesLine.com is not responsible for Customs fees or Duty taxes of a buyer.
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with Fragrances Line, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt that can be printed for your records. Please, make sure that you provided us with a correct email address.
Note: Sometimes, order confirmation email goes to spam, junk or promotional folder. So, please check those folders if you couldn't find your confirmation email.
Damaged or defective item
A damaged item is considered to be a broken product that is unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, leaked, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc.
FragrancesLine.com requires further evidence of the customer’s damaged item as pictures, videos, etc.
Order issues for damaged or defective products must be reported 3 days after the “delivery date”.
Delivered but stolen or missing package
Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are considered by FragrancesLine.com as stolen and must be filed 3 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 5 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.
At our discretion, FragrancesLine.com requires evidence of a police report when the customer’s package is marked as delivered but to be stolen.
Customer files the police report and includes an explanation that a package has been stolen. To process the order issue with FragrancesLine.com, FragrancesLine.com is requiring a police report. We only need you to send us a copy of the full police report PDF and case number and phone number of the precinct that you filed at.
Upon request, FragrancesLine.com can require additional documentation (e.g. proof of identity, address, etc.).
Note: Depending upon the jurisdiction, a false police report may be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony.
Deducting the shipping fee and restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price prior to issuing a Refund
- package is returned due to an error in the shipping address
- a customer did not provide apt/suite/unit number
- the forwarding service for this address is no longer valid
- a customer is no longer available at that address
- a customer refuses to pay Customs fees or Duty taxes
- a package not being claimed by the receiver
If any shipment is returned due to an error in the shipping address provided to us by a customer, because of missing data, because the forwarding service for this address is no longer valid, or a customer is no longer available at that address, and the post office can not forward package, or due to package not being claimed by the receiver, we will deduct shipping fee and restocking fee of 15% from the purchase price prior to issuing the refund.
If a customer wants us to reship an order which is returned to us because of any reason stated above or any other reason that is not our store's fault, a customer should take care of the shipping cost.
Please, note. All Samples & Decants are fulfilled to the order by hand. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
We guarantee the authenticity of our products. All our products are 100% authentic! But we can not guarantee that you will like them. Tastes are different and fragrances can be subjective. We make decants individually to order and Decanted fragrances can not be returned to their original bottles. Therefore we do not accept any returns and offer no refunds.
