It was launched in 2000. A beautiful spring garden, a moment of absolute happiness (“En passant” is French for “passing through”) served as an inspiration for Olivia Giacobetti to create this simple and tender composition from Frederic Malle’s favorite (according to interview) flower – lilac, surrounded by watery and green notes, cucumber and wheat.

The original bottle on the main picture is not for sale, it just shows the original bottle from which perfume will be decanted. Therefore, the customer will receive the authentic scent poured from the original bottle into a new sterile vial.

Please Note: Unlike our 2ml, 5ml, 8ml and 10ml bottles, our 1ml samples do not come with a spray. Instead, they are equipped with a small dabber wand for a more delicate application to the skin.
