Description
Duchessa by Gritti is a Floral Fruity Gourmand fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Duchessa was launched in 2020. The nose behind this fragrance is Luca Gritti.
A shadow: something is there. She determines fate as she walks along the spice road. As she passes, there’s magic in the air, as warm as the hues of fruits that announce her coming. Her cloak weaves gold and velvets, and she has a delicate yet steadfast stride. Amused, she turns to look at the effect it has. Aristocratic weakness.
Ripe black cherries enveloped by fresh marzipan and fine bitterness of red orange’s zest. The heart is a delight: a creamy mix of white flowers and powdery cocoa notes; Duchessa’s sillage is warm, balsamic, intoxicating. Sweet as liquor. A narcotic one: cherries and sugar, the real obsession. The smell of a Gritti Woman, bold and decisive.
For each Gritti Privé extrait, the perfumer created unique twists of two distinctive accords to fuse them together, adding singular nuances and notes necessary for a perfect balance. The collection’s opulent packaging is an homage to the Gritti family’s jewelry cases: from the luxury velvet boxes to hard protective covers designed by Luca Gritti personally.
Gritti Duchessa Fragrance Notes
Top notes are Sour Cherry, Saffron, Bitter Orange and Peach. Middle notes are White Flowers, Jasmine, Cloves and Star Anise. Base notes are Sweet Almond, Patchouli, Iris and Sugar.
Important info: Here, we sell decants only. Gritti Duchessa fragrance sample is a hand-decanted sample. The original bottle on the main picture is not for sale, it just shows the original bottle from which perfume will be decanted. Therefore, the customer will receive the authentic fragrance poured from the original bottle into a new sterile vial.
